this spot is pristine - near beach. staff goes all out to help - even arranging late-night meds delivery. panoramic views of the sea are a real treat. their customer service is top-notch - surprise birthday cake included!

We stayed for a relaxing night after our cruise, and it was a delightful experience. the modern, spacious room boasted a breathtaking sea view and a luxurious bathroom that made us feel pampered. Breakfast offered an impressive variety, while the rooftop pool was an unexpected highlight that left us in awe. the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and we loved the convenience of having a mini mart and café just downstairs. it felt like a wonderful escape.

I had a fantastic stay at A La Carte Ha Long Bay. The hotel is new and it definitely shows in the modern facilities and beautiful room with a stunning beach view. The rooftop pool was absolutely gorgeous and a great place to relax. I also appreciated having a washing machine/dryer in the room, it made things super convenient. Most of the staff were nice and made me feel welcomed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Ha Long and I have to say, the best aspects were the beach view, the fancy appearance, and the convenience of having a washing machine and dryer in the room. The hotel itself was clean and modern, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I found it to be great value for the price I paid. Additionally, I really enjoyed the proximity to a food court, which offered delicious meals, especially on weekends. There were also some fantastic beach bars just a short distance away, with a night market and food street that stayed open late.
